It was Family Bonding Day.
My granny and sissy,
and you were there with me Ohanies. :)
Despite having walked for miles, she still smiled.
Despite your examinations,
your busyness,
your tiredness,
even your sickness,
you chose to come.
That's pure kindness!
Trillion thanks to that.


Seems like you all had fun re-enacting the scenes of
the infamous Angie's Forgot To Do Homework & YY's Interview ah!
Hahahaha. After being hungry and happy, we set off to Mr. Prata~
Humyumyum.. It was there where Zirui's acts of filial piety were revealed.
But deep down, I know there's more than just Zirui.. You know who you are :)

“教以孝．所以敬天下之为人父者也。”
(This can be applied to the females as well?)

没有了它，

Then was stayover@Zhiwei's house where we watched
What Would You Do Series.
I feel that it's really mentally and morally provoking.
Amazing how the videos can inject the following in us:
Tears, Fear, Disgust, Angst, Empathy..
Last but most importantly, it brought us Inspiration.
Inspiration that, we as ordinary girls-or-boys-next-door
can actually make a difference, no matter how big or small.


While we were sleeping..
Zhiwei's Ahma actually took the trouble to cover us with blankets
for fear we'll feel cold at night.
At that instant when she did that, i thought it was only a dream..
But no, i realized it was a sweet reality.
A small, simple yet touching action
that warmed our bodies and our heart.
What a brilliant breakfast we had ahh,
thanks to Auntie Yati & Director Koh!!


婆婆她爱，所以爱天下之孩子也。=)
我们孝，所以敬天下父母长者也。

Inspiration is probably nothing when there's no action.

The last day of school for 2010..

这个学期即将落幕了。
我正想着该买些什么来宠宠我那些可爱的孩子~
或许他们的家庭不是个个都很富有，没常去麦当当，
所以我便打算请他们吃冰淇淋。

“老师老师，你叫 McDonalds 啊！！”

哇~ 你知道吗？同学们一看到麦当劳叔叔都好兴奋哦 ^o^
十年过后，我不盼望他们会记得我是谁。。
但至少至少在他们的记忆中，
我曾在他们童年里留下一丝甜甜的回忆，一个浅浅的脚印。
这样就够了啦！我不能太贪心。


And then and then, it's time to PARTY!!
They went on and whipped out their party packs!
Woohoo~ Drinks, snacks, sweets, you name it we have it :P
I felt s a spirit of sharing diffusing through the classroom cos i saw them going round the class generously giving out their snacks to the others, even though they might not be as close to one another due to their different classes wor.


Fyi, they are only Primary Two! With social skills that's still developing in progress,
it's considered a feat for the little ones to share with everybody so naturally.
Woo~~ Then i started playing some of their favourite songs -
Baby, Nobody and Never Say Never ;D
Instantly, the classroom transformed into a dance floor
with them singing and prancing about..
Well well well, how cute is that! :P


Towards the end.. I really don't know what got into me.
当我说到：
“今天是最后一天了，老师可能以后不能再教你” 的时候...
我感到好难过。尤其是看到凯贤
(Because he'll be leaving for another school)
那依依不舍的表情，更是让那莫名的眼泪摇摇欲坠啊。
Can't imagine what will happen if i were to leave next year.. :(
Ycyc not so emotional please please please.

"Give a daisy away and make someone's day."
is the slogan for World Kindness Day!
We had a happy happy happy day, full of warmth and sunshine
even though the place was air-conditioned :P
Initially, many people thought that we were selling the flowers for donations.


For me i'd say this to each person i meet:
"This daisy is for you who's kind, and here's another one for you
to give to those who has been kind to you in your life.
We hope that you can spread the kindness on and on.
Thank you~ Have a nice day!"


And some of the many reactions include:

• Flying kisses from passers-by (Especially the bus uncle we met!! Wahaha.)

• Smiling sweetly or shyly upon hearing the praises lOL~
  

• Grateful passers-by

• Wanting for more beautiful or bigger daisies

• Rejecting my daisies politely :'(

Anyhow, we actually made some faces go...
