It has been a week since we came back from Hong Kong!
There I've truly experienced service excellence,
where people in the service sector are almost
always brimming with warmth and sincerity.
People like our tour guides Carlos, Joey and Eric etc,
who would always cater to our needs from time to time!
Our honest hotel cleaner who didn't take my iPhone away
when I forgot to bring it with me.
On the last day of our stay,
we decided to leave behind some tips, for such praiseworthy honesty!
You can say they did all that, perhaps for a fee?
But at least, they felt genuine to me :)

Besides the above,
I experienced the unexpected,
which touched my heart a whole lot.
When your friend takes initiative to recce the area all by himself at night,
even after returning to the hotel,
just because he knows you're exhausted after a long day.
When your friend gives you a special friendship exchange rate of HK$6.25,
always offers to pay first for almost all the expenses,
just because he knows you've exhausted your funds for the trip.
When your friend offers you a piece of crayfish during dinner time,
just because he knows you like it.
When your friends brings snacks for the singing session to share,
just because he foresee that you'll be hungry.
When your friends are willing to take roller coaster rides with you
even if they didn't feel like but still did,
just because they didn't want you to feel disappointed.
When your friends will take the not-so-nice polaroids
and let you have the one you want, even without you saying
just because they know you'd love to have it.
All of the above, a conspiracy of love.
I'm really thankful because of you, you and you la!
Your laughter, your selflessness, your thoughtfulness.
These people are none other than
Brandon, Yuyuan and Zirui!! :)

I'll miss the late night family meetings and HTHT.
