Happening, happy-ing~

Last Saturday,
Went to V8 Cafe @ Bugis Junction to celebrate
mOjO Pangpang's 3rd birthday!~ (in advance)
he was handsomely dressed that day!!
With his smart-looking Victorian suit with the word 'Romeo' sewn on it,
with his flowy sleek cloak at the back! How suave.
that blissful bear with the six of us. A pity changsheng wasnt there..

GMX (MJPP's mommy) Yukai, Yanhong, Xuan, ET and Me~

Before that, we were at kbox! Singing our hearts and lungS out.
It was really really 'breath-taking' cos i almost died laughing..
Their spontaneous, random jokes.
Especially when we came to singing 触电!
That ET, darn funny mannn lol~

At the cafe, when we wanted to request for the lito cake we bought for MJPP..
the waitress actually asked, "Who's birthday is it?"
We were momentarily stunned&speechless for we're actually celebrating the birthday,
of a non-living thing, i mean bear.
wahahahha.. hope pangpang doesnt see this.
shhhhh. you know we love you :P
let's celebrate your birthday, our friendship every year!

On Sunday,
Skipped over to Maxie's new nesty!
He's such a lucky soul, born with a silver or rather diamond spoon in his mouth.

His house, deceivingly feels like a hotel.
its doorway, interior design, furniture and even the (i shall put it elegantly) restrooms
resembles that of a luxurious hotel room..
there's one particular spot which i like-
the little platform which is just beside his bed and by the huge windows..

Just imagine this..
During rainy days, you can just curl yourself up in the little corner with your favourite book
snuggling under the covers..Warm and cozy.
And when your eyes feel tired..
You can look out of the window and just watch the raindrops descend from the sky..
and hear them go 'plop plop'.
With a hot drink in my hands, it'll be perfect! :)

Gee, i seriously love to dream..

Caught the Ice Age 3, Dawn Of The Dinosuars recently with my besties and i love it.
Notice i used the word 'love' not 'loved'!
It's worth watching, really.
In it, there's the elements of kinship, friendship and love
The kinship among Manny, Ellie and PEACHES and Mother Dino and her 3 cutie baby dinos.. (Plus Sid, who was Daddy for one day?)
The friendship between the extraordinary herd and heroic Buck!
The unusual love between the two squirrels who fell in love in a ferocious fight over...
an acorn ><
Everything, weaved beautifully and seamlessly into a movie.
Not forgetting the injection of humour and adventure
making it a near-perfect production!
Cute, tickly and heart-warming. A mustmust watch!!
ooh. i love peaches. she is so adorable!
with her watery, big round eyes overflowing with pure innocence.


But in time to come, she'll realise that the world isn't as wonderful afterall...

p.s. somehow, my liking for blue has came back.
I wonder if it's good or bad?

Weeee..
This year, we went to town!
Maxie did some of his extravagant shopping, in which he spend like $200 on
A Calvin Klein shirt.

then we went to Clarke Quay for a really hearty dinner at Mr. Curry!!
*salivates profusely*
the ambience there was rather petsociety-like.. and i felt at home.
the interior of the restaurant decorated simply with traditional pots, pans and utensils..
everything so warm and nice.. aww.
what a dream kitchen!

after which, we went for some family photo-taking by the Singapore River~
Do love the night scene of Clarke Quay!
imagine the gentle wind caressing your hair..
the cool breeze sliding past your skin..
woo.

Ohyes, the pubs, restaurants, everything....
Clarke Quay has come to live at night!
We saw a dizzy arrangement of florescent lights,
some pubs with a dark yet mysterious ambience...
which enticed me to wanna enter and have a lO-Ok!
It truly is what people call night life right there.
the place surrounded with tunes that were catchy,
people making merry..
We also tasted the Turkish Ice Cream (I screammmm!!)
the ice-cream seller was so slyyy.. played some funny tricks on us!
wahahaa.
anyway, the ice-cream was chewychewy de. YUM!

what an eye opener for us :D


Finally... last but never the least. YY!

p.s. The key to true happiness ,

Went for our regular badminton session with zhi lian and angie!
weeee.
simply love the feeling of exercising and perspiring...
and then followed by glasses of icy, refreshing fruit juicesss!
Somehow, they just seem to taste exceptionally great :)
after the BMT session,
angie and me went for a mini excursion to Chinese Garden for a stroll~
we saw Lin Ze Xu, Yue Fei, Miss Hua Mulan. San Bao Eunuch...
and many more whom i cant recall. =x

you can really capture pretty photos there! especially in the evening.
and of course a perfect place for dating (according to Angie)
we saw wavy streaks of colours splashed across the horizon.
pink.. orange.. violet.. it was a beautiful sight.

but, one bad thing was that there were the existence of detestable mosquitoes!!
raaaa. all bite me until itchy itchy..
stupid (and stinky) angie was teasing me that next time IF i were to date,
i'll be busy the whole time, slapping and shoo-ing those sickening flying insects away.
i cant imagine that.. i dowan!! how un-romantic.
wahahaaha.

yesterday night i guess,
i felt at my lowest.
just by thinking about the gloomy future in front of me,
the loss of direction of where to go,
the feeling of being left behind,
simply unlatched those floodgates.
sigh.

i am greatly comforted by the concerns of my friends..
be it close or far, you know who you are :)

Bliss can be very simple.
For me, bliss equates to friends!

Today, yukai and i went to visit our poor changsheng
who's got an injured knee.
(Owww.. looks painful to me!)
First trip to his house and cs mummy was really friendly to us hehe.
Made him a simple card and we bought red grapes and kiwi for him.
MUST get well soon oky :)
We went to JP for dinner at Jia Xiang Mian~
(jiaxiang jiaxiang jiaxiang? MIAN MIAN MIAN!)
i've never eaten noodles that come with abalone before man!!
QQ 滑滑的~ 好吃!
after which we went to 记得吃 for some delightful desserts..!
yukai with his durian paste with pomelo sago (pomela =p)
changsheng with his whitewhite almond paste
me with my mango beancurd.
all of them were amazingly yummy.
must try must try!

MY OH MY. never knew YK can be so goondu!
he actually brought home the TV remote control from CS's house!
wahahaha.. can you imagine that?
he even said he'd prefer to steal CS's childhood pillow!!
eeeeyer ~.~ but im sure everyone has one of theirs too!
emitting a wide range of 'fragrance' and flavour.. =p

My first time eating sushi buffet,
My first time sitting in felicia's car.
My first time seeing 'so many' stars on Henderson Waves bridge at night!

Guess what? There were like streams of couples flowing past me just now.
Suddenly, i feel so out of place.
Like it's a place meant for couples only!

Caught the X-Men recently and it thought it was really good :)
The moon's lonely,
but the stars are not.

Here, which i feel that was the highlight of the day!!
weeee.. we took numerous hilarious piccas up there man.

At 2am,
came the cake-cutting session and we sang our Happy Birthday song to MAXIE~
heheeh i wonder what wish did he make.
Angie and me bought a Lucky Pen for him..
[and the pen had JUST one four-leaf clover embedded in it :( ]
we hoped you'll like it, maxie!!



And then,
we took turns to pompom before popping into bed to watch
The Haunted School.
Imagine SEVEN people on ONE bed.

though i didnt sleep very well...
company was all that counts!
and im absolute that everyone enjoyed themselves~ =D

On that day, we caught our first ever midnight movie,
in the entire 18/19 years of life!
AMAZING :x
plssss dont ever, zever watch Friday the 13th.
unless you'd like to learn a disgusting array of killing methods,
not forgetting some.. ahem. sexual scenes...
*pukes* (ohhh jason~~ where are you~)
we played Bridge all night long till around 5am before embarking on
Child's Play, yet another thriller.
We slept at a good 7am oky :S bushed.


On 2 May..

Finally, the highly anticipated day has arrived!

Ohana's very own singing contest, 2OO9.
yes! high-spirits, we were in.
and guess whos the overall winner? :P
hehehe *waves jubilantly*

weeehoo~ we sang so many songs,
laughed non-stop...
especially when it came to the 大合唱:
